Event Overview

Attended Ethereum’s flagship global conference in Bangkok, which brought together thousands of builders to discuss the transition of crypto from experimental tech to real-world global adoption. The overall vibe was centered around making crypto applications actually usable for normal people.

Main Themes

Fixing UX (Account Abstraction): The biggest talking point was how to completely hide wallets, seed phrases, and gas fees from users so apps feel like normal Web2 software.
Cypherpunk & Privacy: A strong push from core researchers (including Vitalik Buterin) on keeping Ethereum decentralized, censorship-resistant, and focused on open-source privacy tooling.

Event Overview

Attended Europe’s largest annual Ethereum community conference to track the latest macro shifts in the blockchain landscape. The event focused heavily on how Ethereum is transitioning into a rollup-centric roadmap, making Layer-2 and Layer-3 networks the primary places where users will actually transact.

Main Themes

The Layer-2 Takeover: Massive focus on how the Dencun upgrade slashed gas fees, paving the way for everyday apps to run on rollups.
Real-World Assets (RWAs): A lot of discussion around traditional finance moving onto the blockchain and how European MiCA regulations are shaping the space.

Project Concept

Built an AI-driven cultural social network and event routing application. Implemented personalized preference-matching algorithms and LLM-prompt tuning to filter regional cultural calendars into adaptive, user-aligned itineraries. Integrated a Web3 gamification layer using Account Abstraction (ERC-4337) to automatically provision frictionless wallets for minting POAPs and reputation-based NFTs.
